Introduction : Standardized patients, people who are prepared to act as patient as if they are factual and proven performance.   Methods : BEME systematic review of the current approach was for the first time. Databases searched in this study, Scopus, Medline Cinahl, Web of science, Eric, Cochrane, Jama, Ebsco. According to the study, the general criteria for inclusion of articles to study 42 papers were accepted for inclusion into the check list. Check list used is taken from the BEME coding sheet that fits certain criteria, it was added to the study objectives and was developed.   Results : 42 Articles entered into the study, all articles were searched using electronic search. According to a Check list design , types of communication skills that have been studied in this way that doctors and patients communicate Article 7 , Article 2 to start the discussion with the patient, listening skills Article 7 , Article 16 verbal communication with the patient, patient 18, article nonverbal communication , such as body movements , eye contact , etc. 7 articles to gather information , to communicate article 5 , article 5 to understand the patient's perspective , article 13 words, bad news patient (e.g. adversity , cancer, etc ) , articles 10 to empathize with the patient.   Conclusions : Standardized patients as a teaching method and teaching and assessment practices in recent years have been considered. The lack of articles in the area, the possibility of a vacuum in the decisions of the causes that systematic crossings are operating, particularly the kind of BEME and update that due to the growth of the papers in this area, partly to solve this problem will help.

Introduction: Utilizing as well as transferring knowledge can be provided via motivating teachers, educating researchers, better utilizing of evidence and creating communication between members of the scientific communities based on the needs of the community and community education. Therefore, the present study mainly aimed at evaluating the process of knowledge production and use of evidence in the research centres of Tehran and Iran University of Medical Sciences. Moreover, this study intended to investigate its application in improving the health system and community education of students.   Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, the study population finally consisted of 68 research centres affiliated to Tehran and Iran University of Medical Sciences. In order to glean the study data, a questionnaire was utilized by Nejat et al. in two fields of “knowledge production” and “promote using of evidence”, and the study data were analyzed using SPSS (version 18).   Results: The production and use of knowledge status in Tehran and Iran medical universities in regard with “knowledge and evidence production” used in decision-making was reported in a favourable condition. Moreover, an unfavourable condition was revealed regarding “promoting use of evidence” which needs proper intervention.   Conclusion: The study finding revealed that at the beginning of the formulation of each research, identifying the specific audience of the study results causes the produced evidence and knowledge to be applicable. This leads to conducting research in accordance with the needs of community. As a result, status of medical universities in Iran necessitates to be reviewed. Ameliorating production status and promoting evidence-based knowledge can lead to a significant qualitative development in community education.

Introduction: People who have a high level of learning love, tend to be as an innovator. As a matter of fact, they intend to lie within the first ones who are consistent with their new status. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the relationship between love of learning and global innovation within medical students.   Methods: This descriptive-analytic study was carried out on students of Jahrom University of Medical Sciences during 2014-2015. The study sample consisted of 200 students who were selected via random sampling method using Cochran’s formula. McFarlane’s love of learning and Hurt’s global innovation questionnaires were utilized to glean the study data. Moreover, the study data were analysed via SPSS software (version 16), applying standard t-test, Pearson correlation-coefficients and linear regression.   Results: The study results indicated that the students’ love of learning was reported at a higher level than the desirable level, though their global innovation level was demonstrated to be lower than the minimum level. A positive significant relationship was observed between love of learning and global innovation. In other words, love of learning was considered as a positive and significant predictor of students' global innovation.   Conclusion: The study findings revealed that love of learning is influential in creating students’ global innovation. Furthermore, it can provide the ground for students’ growth and talent in order to lead students towards self-actualization.
