fa بررسی اثر برخورد زودرس با محیط بالینی بر نگرش حرفه‌ای دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد در سال تحصیلی 91-90 آموزش پزشكي Medical Education پژوهشي Research <p align="right"> <strong> سابقه و اهداف </strong><strong>: </strong>تحصیل در رشته دندانپزشکی می‌تواند با تنش‌های متعددی همراه باشد که از جمله آن‌ها برخورد با محیط آموزشی نا آشنای بالینی است. تماس زودرس با محیط بالینی به عنوان یکی از راهکارهای کاهش تنش حرفه‌ای، جهت‌دهی به نگرش دانشجویان و ایجاد انگیزش مطرح شده است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تأثیر یک دوره آشنایی با محیط بالینی بر نگرش به حرفه و آموزش پزشکی دانشجویان انجام گرفته است. <strong></strong></p><p align="right"> <strong> روش بررسی: </strong>این مطالعه مداخله‌ای روی 72 نفر از دانشجویان علوم پایه دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد، به صورت دوره کوتاه مدت آشنایی با محیط بالینی در سال تحصیلی 91 - 90 صورت گرفت. روش نمونه گیری از نوع سرشماری و طول دوره به صورت یک روزه از ساعت 8 صبح تا 1 بعد از ظهر در قالب گروه‌های 12 نفره برگزار شد. نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به حرفه و آموزش دندانپزشکی توسط پرسشنامه‌ای که حاوی 25 سؤال و در قالب مقیاس 5 مرحله‌ای لیکرت طراحی شده بود، در ابتدا و انتهای دوره به صورت خود ایفا سنجیده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمارهای توصیفی و paired-t-test استفاده شد.<strong></strong> </p><p align="right"> <strong> یافته‌ها: </strong>کلیه پرسشنامه‌ها توسط دانشجویان تکمیل شد ( Response Rate = 100% ). نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به حرفه و آموزش دندانپزشکی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و نمره نگرش قبل و بعد از مواجهه با محیط بالینی به ترتیب 57/94 و 54/100 بود که این تفاوت با (001/0 P < ) معنی‌دار بود. </p><p align="right"> <strong> نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>در این مطالعه، آثار مثبت مواجهه زودرس بالینی بر نگرش دانشجویان دندانپزشکی سال اول و دوم به حرفه و آموزش دندانپزشکی مشاهده شد و عوامل دموگرافیک روی نگرش دانشجویان اثر داشت و پیشنهاد می‌گردد که برگزاری دوره‌های مواجهه زودرس بالینی به عنوان بخشی از برنامه آموزشی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی در نظر گرفته شود.<strong></strong> </p> <p><strong><i>Introduction</i></strong> : Learning dentistry could have many tension and anxieties like encountering to a strange clinical environment. Early clinical exposure (ECE) is supposed to control these stresses. ECE program is an increasingly widespread component of educational curriculum. This study aims to determine the effect of early clinical exposure on the attitude of dental students’ towards dental education and profession. <strong><i /></strong></p><p><strong><i>Methods:</i></strong> An analytic study was performed on all 72 dental students studying basic science at Faculty of Dentistry of Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences consisted of a short term course of introduction to clinical environment in academic year of 2011-2012. Every 12 students attended in an one day ECE course from 8 AM to 1 PM. Students ' attitude towards dental profession and education were assessed by a questionnaire included 25 items before and after the course .For data analysis descriptive paired-t-test was used. </p><p><strong><i>Results: </i></strong>All students completed the questionnaires. Students' attitude towards dental education and profession was evaluated. Mean score of students' attitude before and after exposure to clinical environment were 94.6 and 100.5 respectively .Significant differences were found in the students' attitude before and after the course (P=0.001) </p><p><strong><i>Conclusion: </i></strong>Based on the results of this study, we found a positive effect of early clinical exposure on attitudes of first and second year dental students.
