fa طراحی ابزار توسعه رهبری برنامه درسی در دوره تحصیلات تکمیلی آموزش پزشكي Medical Education پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه: </strong>رهبری در حوزه برنامه درسی به عنوان روش هایی برای بهبود&nbsp; برنامه ها و عملکردها بطور فزاینده‌ای مهم است. متاسفانه به رهبری در مطالعات برنامه درسی توجه کمتری شده است. با توجه به نبود یک ابزار ارزشیابی با ملاک های عینی در فرایند رهبری برنامه درسی تحصیلات تکمیلی این مطالعه قصد داردبه طراحی یک ابزار ویژه روا و پایا بپردازد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش‌ بررسی: </strong>این مطالعه یک پژوهش روش‌شناسی می‌باشد. طی انجام این پژوهش ابتدا از طریق مصاحبه با اعضای هیأت‌علمی و مرور گسترده متون، ابعاد و گویه‌های ابزار مشخص شدند. سپس بااستفاده از تکنیک دلفی، 54 شاخص مهم استخراج شد. برای اعتبار صوری و محتوایی ازنظر متخصصین استفاده شد. پایایی نیز با یک مطالعه توصیفی روی 30 هیأت‌علمی دو دانشگاه اصفهان و علوم پزشکی اصفهان از طریق همسانی درونی محاسبه گردید<span dir="LTR"> .</span></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتایج: </strong>ابتدا با توجه به تعریف رهبری برنامه درسی (عملکردهایی که در نقش‌های مختلف رهبری برنامه‌درسی دارای کاربرد می‌باشد)، ابعاد و گویه&shy;های ابزار تعیین و ابزار اولیه طراحی شد<span dir="LTR">.</span> نظرات اعضای هیأت‌علمی صاحبنظر در مراحل مختلف طراحی و روان‌سنجی ابزار، اعمال گردید. همسانی درونی ابزار با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برابر 5/96 بود که در هر بعد نیز به طور جداگانه تعیین شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>استفاده از این ابزار می توانید اثربخشی رهبری برنامه درسی &nbsp;را بهبود بخشد . شناسایی ویژگی‌های رهبران موفق و موثر، و استفاده از این دانش در طراحی و اجرای برنامه درسی، ممکن است به ما کمک کند به نیازهای در حال تغییر فراگیران، مدرسان و دانشکده‌های فردا پاسخ بهتری داده شود.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p><strong><em>Introduction</em></strong><strong><em>:</em></strong> Leadership in the area of curriculum development is increasingly important as we look for ways to improve our programmes and practices. In curriculum studies, leadership has received little attention. Considering the lack of an evaluation tool with objective criteria in postgraduate curriculum leadership process, this study aimed to design a specific tool and determine the validity and reliability of the tool.</p> <p><strong><em>Method:</em></strong> This study is a methodological research. &nbsp;At first, domains and items of the tool were determined through expert interviews and literature review. Then, using Delphi technique, 54 important criteria were developed. A panel of experts was used to confirm content and face validity. Reliability was determined by a descriptive study in which 30 faculties from two of Isfahan universities and was estimated by internal consistency. The data were analyzed by SPSS software, using Pearson Correlation Coefficient and reliability analysis.</p> <p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong> At first, considering the definition of curriculum leadership determined the domains and items of the tool and they were developed primary tool. Expert&rsquo;s faculties&rsquo; views were used in deferent stages of development and psychometry. The tool internal consistency with Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient times was 96.5. This was determined for each domain separately.</p> <p><strong><em>Conclution:</em></strong> Applying this instrument can improve the effectiveness of curriculum leadership.
