fa مشکلات آموزش بالینی دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم سال 1387 پژوهشي Research <p><strong>اهداف </strong><strong>: </strong>آموزش بالینی فرآیندی پویاست که سهمی مهم در تربیت پرستارانی با کفایت و کار آمد ایفا می­کند. اهمیت آموزش پرستاری بالینی مطلوب در توسعه فردی ، حرفه ای و مهارت های بالینی غیر قابل انکار است. در آموزش بالینی، دانشجویان پرستاری عمدتا با مشکلاتی مواجه می باشند. بدون تردید، اولین گام برای کاهش معضلات آموزش بالینی ، شناخت این مشکلات است. یکی از بهترین و قابل اعتمادترین منابع جهت بررسی مشکلات آموزش بالینی، خود دانشجویان هستند ، چرا که حضور و تعاملی مستقیم و بی واسطه با موضوعات مرتبط با آموزش بالینی دارند. در این پژوهش بر آن شدیم که مشکلات آموزش بالینی را از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری سال­ سوم و چهارم دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی قم در سال 1387 بررسی کنیم. <strong></strong></p><p><strong>روش بررسی </strong><strong>:</strong> این پژوهش یک نوع مطالعه توصیفی است، تعداد 53 نفر از دانشجویان سال­ سوم و چهارم مقطع کارشناسی پیوسته رشته پرستاری دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی قم، جهت پاسخ به پرسشنامه طراحی شده مربوط به بررسی مشکلات آموزش بالینی پرستاری مشتمل بر 5 حیطه و 31 سوال، شرکت کردند. داده های بدست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS (نسخه15) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. </p><p><strong>نتایج: </strong>مهمترین مشکلات آموزش بالینی از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری شامل مقولات سابقه بالینی کافی در نزد مربیان پرستاری (34%) ، اطلاع نحوه ارزشیابی به دانشجو در شروع کار آموزی(4/26%) ، تقویت اعتماد به نفس دانشجو در محیط بالین(5/24%) بودند. کم اهمیت ترین مقولات به ترتیب شامل هماهنگی اهداف آموزشی و انتظارات پرسنل بخش(9/50%) ، امکانات رفاهی بخش(2/47%) ، استفاده از وسایل کمک آموزشی درمحیط بالینی و وجود انگیزه کافی در محیط برای اشتغال در حرفه پرستاری در آینده (3/45%) گزارش گردید. </p><p><strong>نتیجه گیری : </strong>با تعیین و تبیین اهداف آموزشی و هماهنگ کردن آنها با انتظارات پرسنل و فراهم نمودن امکانات رفاهی و آموزشی بخش­های بالینی، می­توان بسیاری از مشکلات عمده­ آنها را رفع نمود. </p><p> <strong> </strong></p> <p><strong><i>Objectives </i></strong><strong>: </strong>Clinical education is a dynamic process which plays an important role in training professional nurses. The role of ideal clinical education is undeniable in personal and professional development and clinical expertise of nurses. Nevertheless, students encounter some problems in clinical education. Undoubtedly, awareness of these problems is the first step in reducing them. One of the best and almost reliable sources of assessing such problems are the students themselves. The present study was caried out to assess the clinical education problems from the viewpoints of nursing students studying at their third or fourth year of education at Qom School of Nursing and Midwifery in 2008. </p><p><strong><i>Method </i></strong><strong>: </strong>The study was a descriptive one in which 53 junior and senior students of nursing participated to answer some clinical education problems of nursing through a self-made questionnaire consisting of 5 domains and 31 questions. </p><p><strong><i>Results </i></strong><strong>: </strong>The most important problems of clinical education from students' viewpoints included: sufficient clinical practice history among trainers (34%), giving information to the students about their evaluation method before clinical training (26.4%), and reinforcing students' self-confidence<strong> </strong>at clinical environment (24.5%).
