fa تعیین مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر اثربخشی تدریس یک استاد از دیدگاه دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد: رهیافت مدل تحلیل سلسله مراتبی study of most important factors influencing the effectiveness of teaching from viewpoint of graduate students: AHP model approach آموزش پزشكي Medical Education پژوهشي Research سابقه و اهداف: لازمه ایجاد موفقیت در تحقق اهداف آموزشی هر کشوری وابسته به ارکانی چون استاد، دانشجو و محیط آموزشی است. لذا شناسایی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر شیوه‌های تدریس یک استاد و پرداختن به آن‌ها از دیدگاه دانشجویان دارای اولویت ویژه است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر اثربخشی تدریس یک استاد از دیدگاه دانشجویان کارشناسی‌ارشد انجام گرفت.<o:p /> روش‌ بررسی: مطالعه تحلیلی حاضر در سال 1392 بر روی کلیه دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد دانشکده پیراپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران که به روش سرشماری انتخاب شده بودند، انجام گرفت. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌ای شامل دو بخش سؤالات دموگرافیک و 9 مؤلفه تاثیرگذار بر تدریس اثربخش بود که از نظر روایی و پایایی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و نرم افزار 11 Expert Choice صورت پذیرفت.<o:p /> یافته ها: از دیدگاه دانشجویان مورد مطالعه عامل بیان شیوا و ساده و انتقال شفاف و واضح مطالب با 216/0 بیشترین اهمیت و عامل ارزیابی دانشجویان درهرجلسه، میان ترم و پایان ترم با 057/0 کمترین اهمیت را در تدریس اثربخش یک استاد داشتند. همچنین بین دانشجویان مذکر و مؤنث و اهمیت مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر تدریس اثربخش رابطه معناداری مشاهده نشد.<o:p /> <span lang="FA" style="line-height: 115% font-family: "B Nazanin" font-size: 12pt mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri mso-ansi-font-size: 10.0pt mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US mso-bidi-language: FA" dir="rtl">نتیجه‌گیری:<span lang="FA" style="line-height: 115% font-family: "B Nazanin" font-size: 12pt mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri mso-ansi-font-size: 10.0pt mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US mso-bidi-language: FA" dir="rtl"> نتایج نشان داد بیان شیوا، ساده و انتقال واضح مطالب بیشترین تأثیر را بر اثربخشی تدریس دارد، لذا ضروری است مسئولین آموزش سطح کلان دانشگاه برای ارتقا وضع موجود به کیفیت تدریس اثربخش توجه نمایند که برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی مناسب و هدفمند می‌تواند به بهبود این شرایط کمک کند Abstract Introduction: To achieve an effective learning environment, it is of high priority to identify factors affecting teaching methods employed by a teacher and to deal with them from students’ perspective. The objective of this study is to determine the most important factors that influence the effectiveness of academics’ teaching methods from his/her graduate students’ point of view. Methods: This is a cross sectional-analytic study conducted in 2014. The participants were selected by census method according to the Registrar data of the School of Allied Medical Sciences, Tehran University of Medical Sciences. The data collection tool was a questionnaire containing demographic questions as well as nine questions about effective factors on teaching. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were assessed, and the data was analyzed using analytic hierarchy process and Expert Choice V. 11 software. Results: According to the students participating in the study, the eloquent, simple expression and clear conveyance of the subject were the most important factors (0.216), while the assessment of students at each session, in the mid-term exam, and in the final exam was of the lowest importance regarding the effectiveness of academic teaching (0.057). No significant difference was found between male and female students considering factors affecting effective teaching. Conclusion: Results indicated that the eloquent and simple expression of subjects has the greatest impact on teaching effectiveness.
