fa تجارب کارآموزان پرستاری بخش روان‌پزشکی از آموزش به شیوه ایفای نقش مبتنی بر حل مسئله و نمایش فیلم Nursing students' experience of training according to problem solving, based on role playing, and video clips in a department of psychiatry آموزش پزشكي Medical Education پژوهشي Research سابقه و اهداف: ایفای نقش مبتنی برحل مسئله و فیلم از روش‌های فعال و نوین آموزشی است. لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تجارب کارآموزان پرستاری بخش روان‌پزشکی از آموزش به شیوه ایفای نقش مبتنی بر حل مسئله و نمایش فیلم در بیمارستان آموزشی امام رضا(ع) دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی انجام شد.روش بررسی: این مطالعه از نوع مقطعی تحلیلی بود. دانشجویان پرستاری نیم سال اول 91-90 و92-91 به عنوان بخشی از برنامه کارآموزی بهداشت روان در سناریوهای ایفای نقش مبتنی برحل مسئله و نمایش فیلم شرکت کردند. لذا انتخاب دانشجویان به روش دردسترس انجام شد. قبل و بعد از اجرای هر سناریوی مربوط به ایفای نقش و بعد از اجرای فیلم از دانشجویان خواسته شد سناریوها و فیلم را با استفاده از چک لیست ارزیابی نمایند. همچنین نظرات و عقاید دانشجویان با استفاده از بحث متمرکز و مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته جمع‌آوری گردید. اطلاعات کمی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS18 و اطلاعات کیفی با استفاده از روش 7 مرحله‌ای کلایزی تجزیه و تحلیل شد.یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره کسب شده از ارزیابی دانشجویان قبل و بعد از اجرای سناریو های ایفای نقش اختلاف معنی داری نشان داد(001/0P<). اکثریت دانشجویان تجربه این دو روش آموزشی را سودمند گزارش کردند. خلاصه‌ای از مهم‌ترین یافته‌های کلیدی این مطالعه که دانشجویان گزارش کردند عبارت بود از: دشواری آغازین، پویایی ذهن، تعامل و یادگیری مطلوبنتیجه‌گیری: تجارب دانشجویان نشان داد که ایفای نقش و نمایش فیلم، روش آموزشی سودمندی به منظور یادگیری در بخش روان‌پزشکی می‌باشد و توصیه می‌شود جهت کسب بازخوردهای موثر این روش آموزشی تداوم داشته باشد.<o:p /> Introduction: Role-playing according to problem-solving and educational video clips are new and effective methods of training midwifery students. This study aimed to assess nursing students' experiences of training using role playing, based on problem solving, and displaying video clips in the psychiatric department of Imam Reza Hospital of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences. Method: Nursing students in the first semester of 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 participated in a mental health training programs using role playing scenarios, based on problem solving skills, and were displayed educational video clips. Before and after performing each scenario, students completed a checklist related to role playing and videos, and were asked to evaluate them. The views and opinions of students were collected using focus group discussions and interviews. Quantitative and qualitative data were analyzed using SPSS (V 18) and the 7-step method of Colaizzi, respectively.Results: The mean score of students before and after role playing based on problem solving and displaying educational videos showed a significant difference (P<0.001).The majority of students reported that experiencing the two training methods was useful. A summary of the key findings of this study demonstrated that the students reported some difficulties including the dynamics of mind, interaction and optimal learning.Conclusion: Students' experience showed that role-playing and videos are useful training methods to learn psychiatric subjects.
