fa تأثیر آموزش به روش کارایی تیمی بر تفکر انتقادی، اعتماد به نفس و میزان یادگیری دانشجویان پرستاری آموزش پزشكي Medical Education پژوهشي Research <p><strong>مقدمه: </strong>با استفاده از روش‌های نوین آموزشی می‌توان توانمندی‌های دانشجو در تفکر انتقادی را افزایش داد و اعتماد بنفس اورا بالا برد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تأثیر آموزش به روش کارایی تیمی بر تفکر انتقادی، اعتماد به نفس و میزان یادگیری دانشجویان پرستاری انجام شد. </p><p><strong>روش بررسی: </strong>در طی یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی که بر روی 52 دانشجوی ترم اول پرستاری دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی خرم آباد انجام شد، روش تدریس کارایی تیمی بر روی درس تئوری اصول و فنون طی دو ترم اجرا گردید. قبل و بعد از اجرای روش تدریس، پرسشنامه تفکر انتقادی کالیفرنیا و اعتماد بنفس به دانشجویان داده شد تا تکمیل نمایند. برای سنجش یادگیری آنان نیز از آزمون کتبی استفاده گردید. </p><p><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>در هر دو گروه میانگین نمره تفکر انتقادی، بعد از اجرای مداخله افزایش یافته بود. بین نمره تفکر انتقادی ابتدای ترم با بعد از اجرای روش کارایی تیمی اختلاف معنی‌دار بود (001/0 (P= . میزان نمره اعتماد به نفس بعد از روش کارایی تیمی کمی افزایش یافته بود، اما رابطه معنی‌داری بین نمره قبل و بعد از مداخله مشاهده نشد(5/0 P= ) . از نظر یادگیری، نمره امتحان بعد از مداخله افزایش یافته بود و اختلاف معنی‌دار بود(100/0 P= ) </p><p><strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>به نظر می‌رسد استفاده از روش‌های نوین تدریس موجب عمیق‌تر شدن یادگیری، توسعه تفکر انتقادی و افزایش اعتماد به نفس دانشجو می‌گردد که در واقع در راستای اجرای رسالت آموزش عالی است. </p> <p><strong><i>Introduction: </i></strong>Using modern methods of teaching can increase critical thinking skills and confidence of students. This study aims to assess 'team effectiveness design' on critical thinking, confidence and learning of nursing students. </p><p><strong><i>Methods: </i></strong>In this study 52 students of the first two semesters of Nursing and Midwifery School of Khoramabad were studied over two semesters. Before and after implementation of teaching method a questionnaire was used to measure student’s confidence, performance and critical thinking. </p><p><strong><i>Results: </i></strong>In both groups, the mean score of critical thinking after the intervention increased. The score of critical thinking before and after lecture was significantly correlated (P=0.001). The confidence score after conduction of team performance was enhanced. There was no significant relationship between the scores before and after intervention in terms of performance (P=0.5). Test score increase after the intervention (P=0.001 .( </p><p><strong><i>Conclusion: </i></strong>Modern methods of teaching, learning and deepening it, is possible through ''team effectiveness design".
