fa دیدگاه دانشجویان کارورز پزشکی از آموزش در عرصه پزشکی جامعه‌نگر کرمانشاه طی دوره پنج ساله: 90-1386 Perception of medical students participated in community-oriented medical education in Kermanshah (2007-2011) آموزش پزشكي Medical Education پژوهشي Research سابقه و اهداف: جامعه پزشکی نقشی محوری در نظام سلامت کشور ایفا می‌کنند. از این رو بررسی رویکردهای مختلف آموزش پزشکی تأثیر بسزایی در بهبود کیفیت آموزش خواهد داشت. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی وضعیت آموزش پزشکی جامعه‌نگر از دیدگاه کارورزان پزشکی انجام شد. روش‌بررسی: این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی بر روی کلیه‌ کارورزان پزشکی که طی سال‌های 90-1386 دوره‌های آموزشی خود را به مدت یک ماه در عرصه آموزش پزشکی جامعه‌نگر گذرانده بودند (175 نفر) انجام شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با مشاوره‌ی مرکز EDC دانشگاه بود. پایایی ابزار با آلفای کرونباخ 88/0 مطلوب بوده و روایی محتوای آن با نظر 5 نفر از کارشناسان این حیطه، تأیید شد. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS V15 و با به‌کارگیری آمار توصیفی و آزمون‌های آماری آنالیز واریانس و فریدمن، تحلیل شد.یافته‌ها: کارورزان پزشکی وضعیت عرصه را در مقایسه با بیمارستان از نظر کیفیت آموزش (4/42%) و امکان یادگیری مهارت‌های عملی (3/48%) در حد عالی، در مورد تنوع بیماران مراجعه‌ کننده (2/57%) و کیفیت آموزش سطوح پیشگیری (6/55%) خوب و در مورد مدت زمان صرف شده برای بحث در مورد بیماری‌ها در 74% خوب الی عالی توصیف کردند. از میان دلایل تفاوت آموزش در عرصه جامعه‌نگر با بیمارستان، "امکان یادگیری مهارت‌های عملی" از اهمیت بالاتری نسبت به سایر دلایل برخوردار بوده است (05/0P<).نتیجه‌گیری: در این مطالعه، پاسخگویان، عملکرد آموزشی عرصه جامعه‌نگر را مطلوب ارزیابی کرده و آن را در مقایسه با آموزش بیمارستانی واجد مزایای بیشتری دانسته بودند. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود تقویت مراکز آموزش پزشکی جامعه‌نگر در اولویت سیاست‌گذاری‌های آموزشی قرار گیرد.<o:p /> Introduction: Physicians have a fundamental role in the health system. Therefore, investigation of different medical education approaches would have a major impact on improving the quality of education. The aim of this study was investigating the performance of community-based education center of Kermanshah from the viewpoint of medical interns.<o:p /> Methods: In this cross sectional analytic study, medical interns who were trained in community-oriented education center (n=175) over one month were enrolled and completed the researcher built questionnaire. Alpha reliability was 0.88 and its content validity was confirmed by the approval of five faculty members who were expert in the field of education. Data was analyzed by SPSS software and using of descriptive statistics, ANOVA and Friedman tests. <o:p /> Results: Based on the viewpoint of our participants, community oriented education were desirable compare to education in hospital in terms of quality of education (42/4%), experienced of practical tips (48/3%), observing different cases (57/2%), preventive medicine education (55/6%)and time for communicating about patient (74%). Among reasons of difference between training in the COME center compare to teaching hospitals, "possibility of learning of practical tips" was considered more important than other reasons (P<0.05).<o:p /> <span style="line-height: 115% font-family: "Calibri","sans-serif" font-size: 11pt mso-bidi-font-family: Arial mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US mso-bidi-language: FA">Conclusion: In this study, most participants have evaluated the training performance of the COME center as good and also more useful compared to training in teaching hospitals.
