fa مقایسه رفتارهای آموزش بالینی مربیان پرستاری از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه‌های دولتی و آزاد شهرستان سمنان در سال 1391 Comparison of teaching behaviors of clinical nursing instructors from the perspective of nursing students of the public and private Universities of Semnan in 2012 پرستاري Nursing پژوهشي Research <span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Nazanin" font-size: 12pt mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-ascii-theme-font: major-bidi mso-hansi-theme-font: major-bidi">سابقه و اهداف: آموزش بالینی از بخشهای حائز اهمیت آموزش پرستاری میباشد. با توجه به اینکه در کشور ما آموزش پرستاری در دو دانشگاه آزاد و دولتی در حال انجام میباشد، کسب دیدگاه دانشجویان این دو دانشگاه میتواند در ارتقاء آن سودمند واقع گردد؛ لذا این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه رفتارهای آموزش بالینی مربیان پرستاری از دیدگاههای دانشجویان این دو دانشگاه انجام گردید.روش بررسی: مطالعه از نوع مقطعی بوده که 160 دانشجوی کارشناسی پرستاری از دانشگاههای دولتی و آزاد (هر کدام 80 نفر) در آن مشارکت داشتند. در این مطالعه از پرسشنامه اثربخشی آموزش بالینی پرستاری جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. این پرسشنامه دارای یک معیار لیکرت 7 امتیازی بود که دیدگاه دانشجویان را نسبت به رفتارهای مربیان پرستاری در دامنه هرگز (امتیاز 1) تا همیشه (امتیاز 7) اندازهگیری مینمود. در نهایت داده ها توسط آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از SPSS نسخه 18 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: تحلیل دادهها نشان داد از دیدگاه دانشجویان، میانگین رفتارهای مربیان بالینی به صورت کلی بالاتر از امتیاز 4 یا متوسط بود (31/1<span lang="FA" style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif" font-size: 12pt mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin">±52/5). همچنین رفتارهای مربیان در دانشگاه آزاد از امتیاز بیشتری نسبت به مربیان دولتی برخوردار بود (001/0>P). نتیجه‌گیری: اینکه مربیان دانشگاه آزاد امتیاز بالاتری را نسبت به مربیان دانشگاه دولتی کسب کرده بودند، خود نیاز به تأمل بیشتری برای مسئولین دارد. همچنین مطالعات دقیقتری برای کشف عوامل تأثیرگذار بر ساختار و زمینه‌ی هر یک از این دو دانشگاه پیشنهاد می‌گردد. <o:p /> Introduction: Clinical teaching is an important element of nursing education. This study aims to compare teaching behaviors of clinical nursing instructors from perspective of nursing students in public and private universities. <o:p /> Methods: This was a cross-sectional study. Participants were 160 nursing students from public and private universities located in Seman, 80 students each. The nursing clinical teaching effectiveness inventory (NCTEI) is used to collect data. The questionnaire was a seven point Likert scale that measured students’ perspectives to nursing instructors in the range of never (score 1) to always (score 7). Finally the data analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics methods by SPSS version 18. <o:p /> Results: Data analysis showed that mean of the behaviors of clinical instructors from of students’ perspective were higher than average limit (5.52±1.31). Also, that mean of scores to clinical instructors’ behaviors was significantly higher in the private university compare to the public university (P<0.001). <o:p /> Conclusion: According to the result, nursing instructors in private universities acquired higher score than public universities to prove their proficiency.
