style="font-family:">مقدمه: </span></span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">ورود فناوری‌های نوین به سیستم آموزش پزشکی، علی‌رغم دستاوردها و پیشرفت‌های وسیعی که به دنبال داشته، چالش‌های جدیدی از جمله مسائل اخلاقی که موضوعی حیاتی به شمار می‌رود نیز به همراه داشته است. لذا مطالعه‌ی حاضر با هدف مرور چالش‌های اخلاقی فناوری‌های نوین در آموزش پزشکی انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span جستجوی اولیه، 35 مقاله وارد مطالعه شد. نتایج نشان داد مهم‌ترین چالش اخلاقی مشترک در فناوری‌های نوین مانند هوش مصنوعی، شبیه‌سازها، کلان‌داده‌ها، فناوری اطلاعات و رسانه‌های اجتماعی دیجیتال شامل حفظ حریم خصوصی، سوگیری و عدم مسئولیت‌پذیری بود. در فناوری چاپ سه‌بعدی نیز چالش‌های اخلاقی شامل کاهش تعامل انسانی و نقض حق مالکیت معنوی بود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">آینده‌ آموزش پزشکی در گرو یافتن توازنی هوشمندانه میان به‌کارگیری فناوری و حفظ ارزش‌های انسانی است. اعمال قوانین و مقررات روشن، طراحی و پیاده‌سازی چارچوب‌های اخلاقی عملی، آموزش مهارت‌های فناوری اخلاق‌محور به دانشجویان و نظارت مستمر بر پیامدها می‌تواند راه‌گشای استفاده‌ی مسئولانه، منصفانه و اخلاق‌مدار از فناوری‌های نوین در آموزش challenges, including vital ethical issues. The strategy follows a five-step framework: identifying the research question, identifying relevant studies, screening and selecting studies, extracting and processing data, and summarizing and reporting results. Data was collected from three databases: Scopus, Web of Science, and PubMed on November 25, 2024, without any time or language restrictions.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="tab-stops:right 468.0pt 472.5pt"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><i><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Results:</span></span></span></i></b><b> </b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The study included 35 articles out of 829 found in the initial search. The results showed that the most important common ethical challenges in modern technologies such as artificial intelligence, simulators, big data, information technology, and digital social media included privacy protection, bias, and lack of accountability.
