<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتایج:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> در جستجوی اولیه، 180 مقاله یافت شد که 19 مقاله وارد مطالعه گردید. نتایج نشان داد که رشد نیروی انسانی، جامعه نگر شدن آموزش، پیشرفت در عرصه پزشکی و بالا رفتن رتبه پژوهشی از نقاط قوت این طرح است با این وجود توجه بیشتر به مبحث درمان نسبت به آموزش، تعارض منافع، پایین بودن کیفیت</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> خدمات در بیمارستان های آموزشی و کمبود بودجه پژوهشی از جمله مسائل موجود است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتیجهگیری:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> طرح ادغام آموزش پزشکی با خدمات بهداشتی- درمانی موفق شده است به اهداف اولیه دست یابد. با این وجود به نظر میرسد آﻣﻮزش ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ در داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎ ﺗﺤﺖاﻟﺸﻌﺎع ﻣﺒﺎﺣﺚ اراﺋﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﯽ و درﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ و آموزش و پژوهش، کمتر از تأثیرات مثبت ادغام، بهرهمند شدهاند.</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:8.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><a name="_Hlk184642787"><b><i><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">Introduction:</span></span></span></span></i></b></a><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"> Education in medical sciences is one of the most basic structures of societies, the most desirable outcome of which is improving the health level of individual members of society. Therefore, the current study was conducted to review the plan of integrating medical education with the service delivery system in Iran from an educational perspective.<b><i></i></b></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><i><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">Method:</span></span></span></span></i></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"> This was a scoping review study. Data were collected using keywords in Magiran, ISC, SID, Pubmed, Scopus, Web of Science and Google Scholar databases in the period from 2001 to 2024. Screening and selection of documents was done according to Prisma instructions.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><i><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">Results:</span></span></span></span></i></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"> In the initial search, 180 articles were found, with 19 included in the study. The results showed that the growth of the workforce, socialization of education, progress in the field of medicine, and increase in research rank are the strong points of this project. However, more attention is paid to the issue of treatment than education, conflict of interests, and low quality of services in hospitals. Education and lack of research funds are among the existing matters.<b><i></i></b></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><i><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">Conclusion:</span></span></span></span></i></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt"> The integration of medical education with healthcare services has successfully achieved its primary goals. Nevertheless, it seems that medical education in universities has been under the shadow of the debate on health provision and medical services, and education and research have benefited less from the positive effects of integration.<b><i></i></b></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
