fa مطالعه رضایتمندی اعضای هیئت علمی از آموزش مجازی و سامانه‌های آموزش الکترونیکی در دوران همه گیری کووید-19 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران Investigating the Faculty Members Satisfaction from Virtual Education and Electronic Education Systems during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Tehran University of Medical Sciences مديريت خدمات بهداشتي و درماني Health Services Management پژوهشي Research مقدمه: دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی کشور به توسعه آموزش الکترونیکی در شرایط بحرانی ازجمله پاندمی ویروس کووید-19، و حتی درجهت تحقق نظام یاددهی-یادگیری، نیاز مبرم دارند، لذا پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعیین میزان رضایتمندی اعضای هیأت علمی از سامانه‌های آموزش الکترونیکی در دوران همه‌گیری کووید 19 انجام شد. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی است که بصورت مقطعی در طول سالهای 1401-1399 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل اعضای هیأت علمی دانشکده‌های منتخب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران به تعداد 870 نفر بود. تعیین حجم نمونه نیز با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان به تعداد 265 نفر و با احتساب ضریب پاسخ‌دهی 75% برابر 200 نفر تعیین گردید. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته رضایت‌سنجی آموزش‌دهندگان از سامانه‌های آموزش مجازی بود که روایی صوری و پایایی آن مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS  نسخه 25 و از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی استفاده شد. نتایج: اکثریت اعضای هیأت علمی از سامانه‌های آفلاین و آنلاین آموزش الکترونیکی رضایت نسبی داشتند. اگرچه میزان رضایت‌مندی آنها از سامانه آفلاین در مقایسه با سامانه‌های آنلاین بیشتر بود. نتیجه‌گیری: وجود عواملی ازجمله سرعت پایین اینترنت می‌تواند با سطح رضایت مندی کاربران آموزش‌دهنده مرتبط باشد. لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود با تقویت زیرساختها و ارائه امکانات مناسب، رضایت مندی اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه را ارتقاء داد تا درصورت بروز مجدد بحرانها، بهره‌برداری مؤثرتری از سامانه‌های یادگیری الکترونیکی بعمل آید.   Background: The need for medical sciences universities in Iran to develop electronic education in special conditions and crises such as epidemics and pandemics, including the COVID-19 Virus, and even in order to realize the teaching-learning systems, is so necessary. Therefore, this research aimed to determine the level of satisfaction of faculty members from E-learning systems during the COVID-19 pandemic among the selected schools in Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This research was a cross-sectional and descriptive-analytical study conducted in 2020-2022. The research population was the faculty members of selected schools of this University including 870, respectively. Sample size determination conducted by Krejcie and Morgan table consisted of 265 faculty members which was determined to be equal to 200 people by taking into account the response rate. The data collection tool was a researcher-constructed educators satisfaction with virtual learning systems questionnaire its face validity and reliability were confirmed. Results: The majority of faculty members as teaching users are relatively satisfied with electronic education and related offline and online systems. Conclusion: Regarding the current results, most of the faculty members are relatively satisfied with the electronic education system and offline and online systems. However, the Low speed of the Internet could impact educator users.
