fa وظایف و عملکرد اساتید راهنما از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی تبریز سال 1389 آموزش پزشكي Medical Education پژوهشي Research <p align="right"> <strong> سابقه و اهداف: </strong>حمایت، مشاوره و راهنمایی دانشجویان در طول دوره تحصیل یکی از مهم‌ترین وظایف دانشگاه‌ها می‌باشد. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین دیدگاه دانشجویان نسبت به وظایف و عملکرد اساتید راهنما طراحی شده است. </p><p align="right"> <strong> روش‌بررسی: </strong>این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی - تحلیلی می‌باشد که بر روی 250 دانشجوی پرستاری و مامایی و اتاق عمل که با روش سرشماری انتخاب شده بودند، انجام گرفت. جهت تعیین دیدگاه دانشجویان نسبت به وظایف و عملکرد اساتید راهنما از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS ویرایش 17 و آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام گرفت. </p><p align="right"> <strong> یافته‌ها: </strong>نتایج نشان داد بیش از نیمی از دانشجویان موافق با وظایف فعلی استاد راهنما بودند و از دیدگاه دانشجویان “ارائه راهنمایی در زمینه شغل و ادامه تحصیل”، “ارزیابی وضعیت تحصیلی فعلی دانشجو” مهم‌ترین وظایف و “مشورت استاد مشاور با سایر کارشناسان در مورد مشکلات موجود” و “معرفی دانشجو به واحدهای مربوطه برای رفع نیازهای وی” کم اهمیت ترین وظایف اساتید راهنما بود. عملکرد اساتید راهنما از دیدگاه 6/31 درصد دانشجویان خوب برآورد شد. </p><p align="right"> <strong> نتیجه‌گیری </strong>: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که در کل دانشجویان دیدگاه خوب به وظایف اساتید راهنما داشتند که نشان دهنده وجود پتانسیل مناسب جهت ارتقای امر مشاوره دانشجویان می‌باشد. با توجه به نتایج عملکرد اساتید نیاز به ایجاد تغییرات اساسی در فرایند مشاوره تحصیلی اساتید راهنما می‌باشد. </p><p align="right">  </p> <p><strong><i>Introduction: </i></strong>Support , advice and guidance of students during of study are one of the most important responsibilities of universities. They are responsible to solve students' problem about this matter. Thus, this study has been designed to determine the students' view about of the Duties and Performance of Academic advisors. </p><p><strong><i>Methods: </i></strong>This study which is a descriptive- analytical study. Is performed on 250 nursing and midwifery and operation room students selected using by census method. In order to analysis of finding, Questionnaire has been used to determine the students' view of the duties and performance of academic advisors. SPSS 1 7 software and descriptive - inferential statistic has been used to analysis of finding. </p><p><strong><i>Results </i></strong>: The findings showed that, more than half of students were agree with academic advisors duties. </p><p>From students' view "offering advice in terms of job and education" and "assessing the current academic status of students" were as main tasks of academic advisors. "Advisor' consult with other experts about the current problems" and the "introduction of relevant units to meet the needs of students" were the weakest cases of performance of academic advisors. And performance of academic advisors was good in students’ view about 31.6 percent. </p><p><strong><i>Conclusion: </i></strong>In this study views of students are well suited to the tasks of academic advisors. This issue indicated that, there is an appropriate potential to promote students consulting.
