Complaints Investigation:
We hope to avoid any complaints. But if they occur, we will try to address them as soon as possible. The complainant should know that the subject cannot be investigated without informing the corresponding author/ author and possibly the institution or company where the research took place. The following procedures are applied:
How to Make a Complaint?
The best way to contact us is by email (edcjournalgmail.com"). Complaints should clearly state the topic, person, or event related to the JMED.
Whenever possible, complaints will be handled by the relevant member of the Editorial Board. If that person cannot deal with the complaint, it will be referred to the Editorial Board of JMED.
Complaints that are not under the jurisdiction of the JMED Editorial Board will be forwarded to School of …. Ethic Committee. If complaints are not resolved at the School committee level, they will be escalated to Shahid Sadoughi University Research Ethics Committee.
If possible, a full response will be given within four weeks. If this is not possible, an interim response will be provided within four weeks. Further interim responses will be given until the complaint is resolved.
If the complainant is still dissatisfied, complaints should be sent to the chancellor of Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences, whose decision is final.
If a complainant is still unhappy after the chancellor’s final decision, he/she may complain to The Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The Committee on Publication Ethics publishes a code of practice for editors of scientific, technical, and medical journals   http://www.publicationethics.org, http://www.publicationethics.org. It will consider complaints when a journal cannot reach an agreement through its own procedures.
