fa دیدگاه اساتید دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سمنان به پژوهش و تحقیقات دانشجویی پژوهشي Research سابقه و اهداف: شناخت دیدگاه اساتید دانشکده پزشکی نسبت به تحقیقات دانشجویی و پژوهش می تواند برنامه ریزان را با نقاط ضعف و قوت شرایط موجود آشنا و امکان اصلاح آن را فراهم سازد؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناخت دیدگاه اساتید دانشکده پزشکی سمنان نسبت به تحقیقات دانشجویی و پژوهش انجام گردید. روش بررسی: این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی، با مشارکت اساتید دانشکده پزشکی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سمنان انجام شد. یک پرسشنامه حاوی مشخصات دموگرافیک، میزان رضایت شغلی و دیدگاه آنها به پژوهش و تحقیقات دانشجویی با مراجعه حضوری محقق در اختیار همه اساتید قرار داده شد. تعداد 45 نفر از مجموع 65 نفر پرسشنامه مذکور را تکمیل و مجدداً عودت دادند. پس از جمع آوری پرسشنامه، داده ها با روش های مناسب آماری آنالیز شدند. و P=0/ یافته ها: بین میزان رضایت شغلی اساتید با علاقه به کارهای تحقیقاتی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد ( 002 %20 اساتید علاقه مندی زیاد و 66 % تمایل متوسطی به هدایت انجام کارهای تحقیقاتی دانشجویی داشتند. .(r=0/458 بیشتر اساتید اظهار نمودند که دانشجویان به تحقیقات علاقه کمی دارند، و با اصول تحقیق و پژوهش آشنایی کافی و لازم را ندارند. کمبود ارزش مادی تحقیقات، ساعات بالای تدریس، کار در مطب های شخصی، داشتن مشاغل مدیریتی، طولانی بودن مراحل اداری انجام تحقیق و عدم تخصیص به موقع بودجه، به ترتیب از مهم ترین موانع شناسایی شده در زمینه پژوهش دانشجویی است. بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد بیشتر اساتید دانشکده پزشکی سمنان به انجام کارهای تحقیقاتی علاقه دارند ولی به دلایل متعدد از جمله عدم آشنایی و تجربه کافی دانشجویان با اصول پژوهش تمایل زیادی به هدایت تحقیقات دانشجویی ندارند. Introduction: An insight into the view of academics of Medical Faculty concerning students’ research could inform planners about strengths and weaknesses as well as potential for improvement in student research. The present study aims to better understanding of perception of academics of Medical Faculty about students’ and academics’ research. Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted on participants from medical faculty members at Semnan University of Medical Sciences. A questionnaire containing demographic data, questions about view of faculty mentor’s concerning students’ researches and satisfaction on their profession was handed in to faculty members. Forty five out of 65 questionnaires were completed by faculty members and returned to the researchers. Data were analyzed using suitable statistical methods. Results: Findings indicated that most of faculty members relatively satisfied with their profession. There was a significant association between job satisfaction level and tendency to research activities. Around 20% of responders showed high interest and about 66% had an average interest in advising students’ research activities. Faculty members believed students showing little inclination toward research works as well as lacking knowledge on research principles. Low income, extended hours of teaching, engagement in private practice, administrative duties, excessive bureaucracy and insufficient research funding are the most frequent challenges in doing students’ research. Conclusion: It is concluded that most medical faculty members possessed a high inclination toward research activities. Students' needs to receive detailed instructions on research methodology and should be encouraged to consider research as part of their educational programs.
